Just cancel my order and refund me

Your online store is beyond useless. I placed an order on the 9th of Feb, it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th and so on the morning of the 15th I called your support line to find out what time so that I could ensure that someone was home to receive. I was informed that it was with the courier and that they would be in touch. 3pm came and went so I called again to check up on the status and perhaps get details to contact the courier directly, I was then informed that the order had not even been dispatched from the store. The feedback I was being given was inaccurate. I requested to discuss the matter with a manager and was not given the opportunity. I was informed that they would get back to me within 30 mins with feedback, again 30 mins went, 45 then an hour. I called back and requested my order be cancelled and refunded. I was told that it could not be cancelled but was assured that it would be done. It was not. On Tuesday I called again to enquire the status as I had already bought the fridge elsewhere and had it delivered within 24 hours! Again, back-and-forth and was assured that my order would be cancelled and refunded. This call was followed up with a mail to re-iterate what was discussed. Here I am now still waiting for a refund.
