Judge by the looks of things or a book by its cover

My review on Makro Nelspruit is pathetic. They made me and my whole family feel like they are ****s and only used us the day we went to their warehouse where we purchased +-R30 000 worths of goods by them.

1. While go about the shopping we were seeking assistance from the store. The staff ignored us even though we call them politely they had an excuse every time to go to another client. 2. My family and I travelled 2 hours for that pathetic service 3. We did not look the part of money so we were treated so 4. We took the extended warranty on a Samsung 75" smart television which they deemed essential for us when purchasing this TV.

- 3 Years later the Samsung 75' Television is broken and sold for R300 to the local somalian shop for spare parts.

The TV flashed on and off repeatedly one night when my wife and daughter were watching television. NEXT; off and BROKEN. It appeared that something had struck it. Although my wife and daughter was watching TV and seated on the couch while the unit had been mounted onto the wall. Calling Makro was a mistake they blamed us for the damage and voided the warranty without any inspection. Hence the saying judge by the looks of things the client broke it. That is their professional service to blame the customer is the Makro way.
