Jan2025 bought a fridge wasn't working i fought hellopeter helped me get assistance march buy another fridge now customer service dont k ow when it'll be delivered when they clearly said delivery is today
Another month another fridge issue yoh im so exhausted by makro and their *********** customer care department they never know anything one tells you tho one says this ...3 months of fighting to have a fridge one got refunded after i fought now they wont dwliver the one i just bought this month im so don't with makro done done

12 Mar 2025, 09:46yes it was delivered this morning ...please fix your customer service people most of them dont have customer service atticacy they shout and blame us for the store mistakes hence the frustrations ,i wudnt even have wrote here if they wudnt be running like headless chickens everytimw i called in while giving different answers and disconnecting calls....a simple good communication would have solved this only a few are really good ones
