Jan employs the best people!

Jan (store manager) employs the best. I know and he knows this because I am constantly complimenting him and his team. Previous accolades have been about him and Timmy and Reggie - all great ambassadors for the Makro brand. Today's compliment is about Thembi in Customer Service. She was so dynamic to deal with this weekend. I returned a Playstation and she was helpful and so kind and friendly. If only everyone in retail could be as amazing as she was. Please, Thembi, never stop caring about your customer and don't forget that we really do appreciate it. Well done, and well done to Makro for having such a great team like you do at Woodmead.
