I’ve placed an online order with them as usual for part of my order not being delivered and not getting informed why the order is delayed for so long . I have to be the keeping contact with the customer to check on my order . I used to enjoy my shopping experience with makro I make it a point to purchase something regularly but I’m really disappointed with their service this time. Hopefully they will update customers regularly regarding their online orders to put them at ease instead of waiting for the customer to contact them.
