I've been waiting for my 11.7k order for 20 days

Hello Peter...I bought a phone that cost R12000 cash from Makro Online SA on the 19th of December 2025...the delivery date was stated the 26th of December 2024...today is the 7th of January 2025 and I haven't received my order. I've been calling them almost everyday and they keep giving me stories about courier not being available 😭😭 Makro has ****med me my hard earned money and I've been under a lot of stress. Worst part they don't even communicate about orders. Makro Online needs to be cancelled because they **** people
