its my first time order with Makro , dissapointed in YOUR SERVICE , no delivery to date not even sure they will deliver the correct order

I made an online payment on 1 December 2024 . My order should ahve been delivered by tuesday3 2024, still no delivery to date. i have been trying to contcact also the chat , because I am seeing a different color on my order.
