It's like shouting at a wall with these people Makro no man be lekker! Get in the mood okay?

After getting a notification that my return was successfully processed on the 19th of December, I am sitting here after a month with still no funds being returned to me. Even after I had an online chat where the consultant promised to follow up with finance to get the funds returned to me. To make matters worse the return was for an online order which never reached me just because the Makro team could not provide the driver with the package as they could not find it amongst all the Black Friday parcels. Makro did not try to resolve anything from their end and even now they are not answering emails an the chat option seems to be useless too.
