It's difficult to get my refund from makro store

Afternoon

Im writing this since I've waiting for my refund from makro, i did only got a response of informing me that my bank details was wrong then i did send the right bank details no one tells me if they are ok or not,when you call no one is answering the call,no one is updating me so far about my refund. You even don't care that to send email or call me back. All i have to do is to wait, and still i don't know for how long. Im really really disappointed with makro i thought soom i got that money im gonna buy the product at game since i didn't get from your store but it seems like it's gonna be impossible again.
