It’s been 51 days since I placed my order on 14 May 2023. No order and no refund. Beyond ridiculous. Horrific customer service

It's not specific to my issue - there is no order delivered, no refund, & no helpful communication from Makro - & it's 51 days later & I'm still waiting.
