It’s been 2 months now still haven’t got my order please help

I’ve ordered in 11 November 2024 , still I haven’t received my order today 07 January 2025. I asked for refund they told me I will get it yet still nothing. I don’t know if I should sue them because clearly they are taking me for granted. I have made numerous calls and visited the Nelspruit branch for help still nothing. What does one needs to do to get what Is due to her since service delivery has failed. Don’t buy anything from Makro online.
