Its almost 3 weeks already and my order is still in progress

I would like to know when my order (mak730193) can be processed. I've tried to call the online support number but no one answers the phone. It's starting to get frustrating now because the people I've bought gifts for are going away next week and i still havent received the gifts. How can one wait for almost a month for a product they have paid for? It's unlike Makro really.
