Its a ordeal to buy at this branch.

The Wednesday before Christmas I bought a Campinggaz braai from Makro's Vaal branch. Firstly the shop was busy but not like the last minute Christmas rush, it took me about 30 minutes to get somebody to serve me at the department selling the braais. When that eventually happened it took 45 minutes to get a forklift driver, after about a 30 minutes of moving stuff around they made the discovery there is no stock but the display. One of the floor managers offered the display as it was a present for my son I decided to buy the discounted item. ( I was at that stage about nearly two hours in the shop. They wrapped it and then it took another 30 minutes to get it paid. Arriving at home in Kroonstad we found that some of the parts was missing and a knob was broken. We phoned them and they said the supplier was closed we had to phone them on Monday the 11th. We have phoned several times getting the responsible person seems impossible. We even had promises that the supplier will phone us but to no avail.
