ITEMS NOT DELIVERED - NO to ZERO customer service

I have bought numerous items, furniture from Makro. Some of the items have been delivered in bits and pieces, two items have not been delivered. I have sent multiple emails to Customer Care, and To Makro Complaints, NO REPLIES. I get "the matter has been resolved" emails, but NOTHING has been resolved. It has now been two weeks since I placed my order, it was for a special event - the event is long passed and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY STUFF!!!!!!!!!! Are you just *****ing from me now? Since no one is replying to me, I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER if I do not receive a proper update, or cancel and refund me, but i want resolution.
