Items not delivered

I made a purchase Online order #MAK*** 24 November 2023 I informed them not to deliver my goods on weekend, on the 25/11/2023 the deliver person contacted me and I informed him he said he knows nothing about it. today I tried the online chat Siphamandla Mthethwa who told me I cannot call and chat online. I called the call center and the call was breaking badly, I was given the drivers number *** he informed me that my goods are coming from Germiston and he has not been assigned. I do not know how to escalate this further. I am requesting that my goods be delivered after 4 p as I am in the office. the driver informs me I should give my work address. how will I transport these items from work. I am at a lost as cannot get any help further.
