Items not delivered

I am so disappointed with the way you guys do things, I place an order and it was split into 4 parts, there is an item which shows it was delivered which I did not receive. I called your customer care and the lady said it is a system cliche (***) she said she will follow up and will get back to me, 2 days passed and nothing from her. I then took it upon me again to call, the agent said she will follow up and get back to me, I am still waiting. I never thought Makro runs such a business honestly
