Items not delivered after 14 days, even after 3 calls and promises of delivery

I ordered some items with 2-5 days delivery. I see the items have been packed online, but no delivery. After 10 days I call the helpline, they say its packed and the courier will deliver. After 13 days, I call and guess what they say "its packed and the courier will deliver". I complained desperately that I need the stuff tomorrow latest for the long weekend. They promised to deliver by the next day, the 6th. Its now the end of the day of the 6th Apr,... Nothing! I must now go to another shop and buy the items. I called the Makro and they say "its packed and the courier will deliver". I tried to explain its been packed for over a week, and they promised to deliver today. Nothing!

If you can wait indefinitely for your items use Makro, or I would be very careful
