Items not delivered

Am very disappointed with the Makro in centurion. I have ordered food online on the 26 of January 2025 and some items where not delivered and I didn't get the refund of all the items. I have been calling them leaving messages and they keep on saying that they will give me a call back till this day I have not received a call or a full refund of the items that where not delivered.
