Items from package missing
I ordered a view items from makro to be delivered at my House. The delivery was quick and easy but when I opened my package there was and item that I ordered and paid missing from the box. I send about 5 emails to makro to look into the matter and for two days now I got no response from them. Makro order MAK*** arrived with an item missing from the box. I also send 2 emails today and olso got no feedback. How long can it take to rectify a mistake and give the customer what he ordered correctly. Im really not happy with Makro support..

How can i pay for something and then you never send it. Something is very wrong with ordering from makro... I will never order from Makro ever again..
