Items always canceled

So at the end of November, my wife and I placed and paid for our order as normal. We then waited until today. Now note that they'makro' split our order, delivery for one item, a kettle on special and a long while later, they just canceled it... on the order as well they canceled the paint that was also on special. Now all the cancel items were in stock at the time the order was placed. My wife called them over and over they just do not answer... the consumer act surely protect us as payment was made well in time... To make it worse we placed a second order at Germiston store amd they stated they are sourcing items from other stores to complete the order. Why could Alberton store not do it. Every time we order, we have items canceled from alberton store... I feel victimized as if thry always target us... stupid I know.
