If I could give them a zero I would the first time use Makro I bought a TV and it came cracked and then recently I bought a skincare item and it was **** and Makro refuses to refund me my money for a big ass company selling **** things is a big deal customer care was useless and pathetic that is why makro is one of the worst stores in South Africa
