Item still not delivered, more than 10 days later

I placed an order for a microwave on the 6th of december. Every time i tracked my order, it shows on route to customer ... the status has been like that from the 10th of December. Frustrated and ****ed off, i decided to call yesterday to find out what's happening. They agent said she doesn't know whats happening with the order, she will escalate it . I receive an email saying they will follow up and revert back once they get a response from the courier The fact that the order is exceeded the 7-10 days delivery time, ideal customer resolution would be to call me. If my order is not delivered tomorrow, cancel the damn order and refund my money . I refuse the ****ty treatment you giving, i rather buy from a supplier who values customers . Your service is pathetic
