ITEM PURCHASED 6 DEC STILL NOT DELIVERED

I placed & paid for an order on 6 December. According to tracking it has been packed since 8 December and no further movement has occurred. I have reported to customer services about 6 times and have been told the matter has been escalated. It is now almost a month later and the item is still just packed. My orders from China arrive quicker!!! Absolutely ridiculous non-service from Makro. Beyond frustrating.
