Item on promotion advertised denied.

On 26 Sep 15 I visited the Makro in Centurion. On display at the outdoor area was a promotion advertised for a Terrace Leisure Orion Braai (Stainless Steel Charcoal Braai, Orion 400) with boxes of them displayed, <br> clearly indicating that it was selling for R499.00, and Now R399.00.<br> <br> After consideration I decided to buy one and load it in my trolley. I continue with my shopping and when done fall into the queue to pay. I was directed to till nr 41. I submit my Makro card on request to the cashier and the lady scanned the items I bought. When she scanned the Braai she said there is a problem as the system indicated that the sale for the Braai was cancelled, She then inform me that she will send someone to obtain the Barcode. A gentleman took my trolley and Braai and went off. After a while a gentleman by the name of David Howells approach me indicating that he is the Sales Manager. He inform me that he is not allowed to sell the braai to me and that it was supposed to be returned to the supplier. I demand the braai as it was advertised on the floor. He however declined my request and rep**** that I may take it up with Makro HQ, and provide me with the telephone number and left.
