Item not delivered by Makro Mbombela

After numerous calls to makro they still have not replaced a missing part! It's been over 4 weeks of calling the call centre and having to explain the same thing over and over and no feedback received from Mbombela store! Absolutely pathetic service, I paid for something I never received!
