Item not delivered as promised and pathetic service

I ordered a wireless router from Makro on 14/02/2024 and delivery time was 2-5 working days and delivery by the latest 20/02/2024. I called the call centre on 19/02/2024 to confirm that all was in order. I spoke to Colleen and she advised that the supplier did not have any stock and would be receiving it by the 20th. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she said that Busi would call me back. No one has called me back. When I ordered the item there was no indication that they did not have stock. I ordered the item as it is needed urgently. The service that I have received and the information on the web is misleading as I believed that I would receive my item quickly. I have not received any updates on my order but have paid in full for the item. This is pathetic service.
