Item not delivered and **** customer service

I made an online purchase of R2700 on 21 December with a delivery promise of 30 December. It has been almost 4 weeks since my purchase and no feedback or updates on my purchase at all. I've been calling and calling but am still waiting for "feedback". On the phone with them as we speak and again they are of no help. Instead they suggest if I don't feel like waiting longer I am welcome to cancel my order but then I have to wait about 14 days for my money to be refunded. What a disgrace!! I'm never purchasing from those ******* again.
