Item not delivered
Makro has provided extremely poor service and an unacceptable delivery experience. I placed an order for an item which was confirmed for delivery on 24/02/2025; however, the item was never delivered.

Please refrain from providing misleading information. I contacted the call centre earlier today, and according to both the agents and the team leaders I spoke with, my order has still not been collected from the seller.
I have decided to stop following up and will allow matters to proceed as they may, as this situation is beginning to feel like a ****. To make matters worse, another team leader mentioned that the item might be out of stock. This is completely unacceptable. The order was placed on 30 January and was scheduled for delivery on 24 February, yet I am now being told that the item may no longer be available.
This level of service is extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend that anyone purchase items either in-store or online from Makro
