Item not delivered

I ordered an Item on the 28th of November on Makro online and I have not received my item even worse no one has contacted me about where is my item or am I going to get a refund.

when I call I have to wait on the line for over 15 minutes.

and some of the numbers when calling them I wait for over 30 minutes.

this is absolutely pathetic and it is nonsense.
