Item missing from Cellular phone box

Good day<br> i would like to complain i purchused a cellular phone from makro on 20/06/15 ,i got a Huawei p6 for a very good price on special as it was a demo phone still in its plastic unused marked down to R2999 from R7999 ,with full guarentee as told by the staff there ,although the box had been opend ,they showed me the phone and charger and accesories where there ,later on that evening i read the manual and have found out the earphone dust cover/ejection pin is missing , I contacted Hauwei on facebook and i was given a number in johanersburg and told the part is R50 at there offices in bedford view ,Istay in Nelspruit .<br> i would appriciate it if makro Nelspruit could arrange to get that part for me from the suppliers ,As i was not told it missing ,but i dont think the staff there where aware of it being missing also as it is is very small and i to was unaware of i not being in the box , i am happy with the product i got for a good price i would just like the part .<br> <br> Please can you resolve this problem for me <br> <br> Thank you <br>
