Item Arrived Damaged and Makro PMB is complaisant in helping with the return

On the 17 November 2024, I placed an order for a coin operated pool table work R16,000 at Makro PMB. The item was delivered a week later than the promised date (23 November). Upon opening the item, I discovered that it was damaged, I immediately logged a return request and on the T&Cs Makro is supposed to send their courier to come collect the item and issue me with a refund, till this day 20 January 2025, none of that has happened, I’ve been calling Makro every second day, its either they dont pick up or they tell me they will send someone and nothing happens. I have losr a lot of potential income throughout the festive season as I was planning on operating this item as a business.
