IT'S TOO FAR TO WALK...

I have been a loyal Makro customer for quite a while now and I am always referring my friends and family to the store. Today I was so shocked I was left speechless. My husband called at 12:30pm to the Ottery branch to enquire if they had stock of Isomil 2 as he called earlier in the week and they said they would receive stock Thursday (which clearly never happened...what the hell). He was promised a callback as the person who answered couldn't help at the time. Fine. I needed an answer asap so I called back 15min later. I spoke to a ZODWA who told me that someone was going to callback. As I needed to know asap I asked her to go check if they have stock. She blatantly told me...IT'S TOO FAR TO WALK...I was shocked beyond belief. I'm a 1st time mom and for someone to say this about my baby's food which she needed is what hurts the most. After I gave her a piece of my mind she leaves to go check only to come back to give me the price? Um hello I know the price I buy formula there every month! I have lost faith in Makro all because 1 person was too lazy to help me. I was promised to be called back by her manager it is now almost 2pm and still no call.
