It's been 5 days and still waiting for Makro...

I called Makro Montague last Wednesday to enquire if they had stock of the Nextbook special they were running after PRudence made me hold for 30 mins I was told yes, so I drove there that Afternoon to get there and be told that it was out of stock, the sales lady who also made me wait 20 mins told me she will take my number and call me once she had found me one, today is monday and I am still waiting. Is this how Makro operates? your staff are very tired and slow!! pull up your socks and if Prudence does not know what she is talking about don't put her on your reception!!
