Issues with microwave return
We bought a Panasonic Microwave in 2025 , In July 2026 it started giving us problems . We logged a query with Makro on the 25th of July . We were advised that the query will be escalated as this item was sold by a 3rd party. Everytime since then when we call we’re told that that microwave will be collected. It’s been 2months and the matter is still not resolved .
