Issue still not resolved

Recently contacted hello Peter about my experience with ( makra sa), about my printer, to date nothing has been resolved, so called manager calls me yesterday & says to me I need to take it to hps It company who they affiliated with, so I said to her but I bought it from makro, why can't you'll resolve the issue, she says you bought product from us, we not responsible for any repairs, faults, thers been no positive assistance from anyone, thank you makro, from a very dissatisfied disappointed customer
