Is this a ****? Or is Your customer service is a joke?

I placed my order on the 30 of April the number is MAK*** and my order still has not been shipped and stays packed. We are now entering into June and I am without my package ? And no one will pick up the phone for me to get a refund. I am desperate to either get my order or a refund and rather have a refund because I doubt I will ever see that order.
