is there any body working at makro!!!

I have an order that was long outstanding MAK 967646. Ondered a tv unit, two side tables and one toilet brush. first of all, had to phone and enquire why i am waiting so long for my order. the order arrived but only received the toilet brush. paid for all. phoned the head office three times - spoke to Shane - still no feedback on where the rest of the ordered items are. this is totally unacceptable as we purchase monthly very large amounts of items from makro. please do not buy from makro online as when there is a problem, no one knows how to sort out. bad bad service. will never buy from makro again and they can lose the company's business. please check on your system the amounts of money spend at makro. amazing that this can happen.
