Is online makro really a business at this point???

And again, a very low, sad, disappointing review about the terrible service of online makro... and sorry to the instore makros but your reputation has been tarnished in my mind too.

I wanted to buy a watch for my boyfriends birthday. It said on the email slip it was expected on the 27th march- keeping in mind the 5th day was the 28th March. I phoned on the 27th as the email slip still stated "order confirmed". The gentleman told me it will be delivered either the 28th or 29th. I stated that I needed it the 28th as I was going to be on my way that day to my boyfriend. He told me it's no problem and put an urgent message through to whoever.

The next day I phoned and another gentleman picked up stating it was going to be delivered by "today". Great, awesome! By 3 I phoned and a lady answered stating that they have NO STOCK!!!!

I then stated I wanted to talk to a superior and a woman said the operations manager.. I think... was going to call back in an hour to resolve this. I called them back after an hour and was told that SHE WENT HOME!!!!

At the end of the day NONE OF THESE PEOPLE CARE!!!

YOU CANT ENFORCE DIGITAL MARKETING TRENDS IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS... AT LEAST REMOVE THE PRODUCT OR LABEL IT "OUT OF STOCK"!!

I'm a digital Marketer... it's not that hard!!!

at least I got my money back on time..
