Feedback is promised, but no ETA or deadline is ever given. Makro sends me the same reply every time.

Makro still can't say when feedback will be given.
It has been more than a month.
I will be contacting the NCC (national consumer commission) to report Makro Online of violating the Consumer Protection Act.

Nobody has even contacted me to asssist me with a refund. My emails to ***; ***; ***; *** are being ignored.
Nobody has a bank confirmation so I don't know how any refunds will be processed.

Please put me in contact with someone via email, who'll actually respond to me.

Thanks for the feedback on 3 October. Gloria from customer service requested our company registration letter and proof of banking details. I rep**** on the 3rd of October and sent her the requested documents.

Will you please let me know when I can expect the refund of R5,940.00 refund regarding MAK***{#18VO1}?

Please advise how long the process usually takes.

Makro blaming a backlog for not refunding my money and not being able to give me an ETA for the refund.
This really isn't acceptable. It's not my fault that the order was cancelled by Makro, yet I have to wait for the money they owe me.

Makro still just "awaiting feedback".
I need the refund now.
Will Makro be paying interest on the amount owed to me?

Please provide proof of the feedback being awaited. Who or which department is causing the long wait?
Please let me know when I'll get my refund.

Makro has made me look like a fool for wasting my company's money. I seem *********** because I can neither get Makro to send the goods I purchased, or to pay back Matzonox's money.

Please give exact and concrete feedback regarding when I'll receive my refund.
