IS MAKRO GOING DOWNHILL?

We ordered and paid for adult foldable chairs. We received child folding chairs!!!! We reported this to two email addresses at Makro. No service, no nothing. No idea what the value of the child chairs are. So if you return the wrong order, what happens to what you actually ordered?? They are not remotely the same; an inexcusable mistake. How can the wrong order be checked out of a warehouse? ORDERED 10 MARCH. STILL NON THE WISER. ORDERED TO USE LING WEEKEND!
