Ironing Board is very small for that amount

I bought an Ironing board On Line and when it arrived I realised that it is small. I logged a On Line return Via Makro App on the 29th September 2024 and I did not get any response from Makro. I then logged a complaint, only to get a e-mail from Zamokuhle Gumede Makro Motague Gardens in Milnerton, Cape Town saying I must return it to Makro store. The reason why I bought it On Line it’s because Makro is very far from where I stay, when I buy things the deliver and If I happen to return an item the come to pick it up. I do not know why they are changing their policy without informing the buyers. Order number MAK***. App is still showing “return in progress”
