Irate: Account paid up but still not updated. Sort this out now!!!!

I am extremely frustrated and angry with Makro customer service. I have paid up this account two years back. They havr not updated the account and now I have DMC/other collection companies harassing me to pay this account. I want to speak to a complaints Manager regarding this matter now!!!!!!!!!
