Going on 3 months still no proper communication from Makro Alberton regarding a refund of R 685.63 which they owe fron July calling sending mails get the same reply from all. We looking into it. You can't get hold of the branch manager or speak to the accounts department.

02 Sept 2024, 12:07It's the same abseer from day one. MAKRO NEEDSCTO OSY MY MONEY BACK. You guys collected the product. There shoukd be no hold up. If there an internal issue thts Makro problem not the customers problem I paid i'v returned the 11 bottles.

02 Sept 2024, 13:2713.21pm jyst got off with Nasree ref *** who informed me mu credit never been put through not pending after all the mails and calls I was told it been put through as urgent. And the it was Alberton branch holding it up. NAsREE TOOK THE TIME TO CALL branch and was informed it's online needs to refund. So all my calls the operators one by one ****. Thts why I have had mo respinsev to all the mails I have sent. I want my refund paid latest tomorrow in my account. I will be going with all my mails and making sure you pull all recorded calls further.
