iPhone issue

I do not know what to do to help; I purchased an iPhone at Makro online on the 3rd March, and today, 29 March, it just stopped working, and it is not charging. I do not know what is wrong. I called them today; they said it will be fetched but now I am scared because I have read so many bad reviews regarding the refunds and returns. Please help.
