Inquiry at Makro Montague Gardens branch

On the 4 of this month my hubby and I was at Makro Montague Gardens. when a stack of Angel grinders fell on his leg. he was taken to see there nurse who put a bandage on his ankle and was told to go and see our Dr just to see if any thing was Brocken. we went the next day and thank god nothing was Brocken just badly brused.we took the Dr's bill to Makro and an accident report had not been written only once we complained was one sent to there head office.who phoned me a few days later to say they had received the said report.that was the last we heared from Makro.we went back to Makro this morning to find out what they are going to do and was told the manager was to busy to see us.we were also told they had not received any thing from head office .
