Misleading the customer. Placed an order for a sleeper couch on 3 December 2025. Delivery date 12 Dec. No delivery, no tracking. Eventually they respond to day they will find out from the seller where is the item so I cancel And request a refund on 18 December. Told 7 to 14 working days, now here we are pay that days and still not refund of R3000
