Inferrior Quality Goods Sold

I purchased a Hubsan Drone 501A from the above store on Saturday after being convinced of how good it was and how it compares to the \dji spark. i actually came in to but the spark but was swayed from my descion by teh sales consultant. i have had this drone exchanged twice since and even went and met Brian from the Tevo office who witnessed the issues with it. due to makro not wanting to refund me back to my card or not wanting to give me the spark for the price i had intially seen it for online R6999 i was forced to take another Hubsan. after charging it up and doing the intial setup i put the drone in hover mode but the drone did not hover and just took off striaght up into the skies till i could not see it and now it is gone. i ask this question that if makro tests the products they buy and for selling something that is so dangerous that says it has fail safe built in it but it does not work. now this thing could have landed on a person and ****ed him from that height. i am now sitting with my pocket R7000 less due to this poor product sold to me by Makro. i would like for this issue to be resolved and someone to contact me urgently.
