Inferior quality

Bought a patio set from Makro which has cracked and is inferior quality. I have sent numerous emails to Makro, and I get a onetime response. I have called many times, and they have called me back requesting pictures of which I have sent. Up to date I have had no response from anyone at Makro. Very disappointed with the service as I have been purchasing from them for a while.
