Inferior Quality at high prices
I purchased an expensive office chair from Makro with a three year warranty. The normal selling price of the chair at that time was R 4,999.99 and I purchased it on Special for R 3,999.99. After two years, the chair started pealing quite badly. When we approached Makro about the problem, they said that the guarantee is only on the mechanism. The chair was really expensive and such inferior quality.
