Inferior Product Substitution!

The item I ordered was not in stock and so Makro decided to give me another product of inferior quality without letting me know the product I wanted was not in stock. I did a lot of research to determine what item I wanted and thought I was ordering the exact product. Had I known the product was not available and would be changed I would not have placed the order. I waited a week for the wrong product instead of being made aware and being able to source the product I actually wanted in the first place. Don't advertise a product you do not have in stock and supply an inferior product in its place.
